Return Policy
Return eligibility depends on whether an item is physical, digital, personalized, or a limited release.
Physical goods
Unused physical goods in their original condition may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Contact the studio before sending anything back.
Digital products
Because digital files can be accessed immediately, completed digital deliveries are normally non-returnable unless the file is defective or the description was materially inaccurate.
